Doug Giving Out Kinzcash

I got kinzcash from Doug when I traded with him today. Is that what I was suppose to get? First I got the rocky road candy, rock candy, then the gem belt. Is that right?

Then I trade with him with another pet, and I got a gem helmet. But before that I had only got rocky road candy, rock candy, then the gem belt. So I’m wondering what is up with Doug.
